Enjoy the tastes of the tropics with this rich and creamy ice cream. This cool treat is made with coconut milk, fresh pineapple, and banana. It's great for hot days in Hawaii.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Coconut milk, diced pineapple, banana, shredded coconut, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract should all be put into a blender
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's directions until it's the consistency of soft serve
Once the ice cream is smooth, put it in a container and freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm
Put scoops of the tropical bliss ice cream in bowls or cones, and if you want, top them with extra shredded coconut or fresh pineapple
