This savory tart combines the peppery flavor of arugula with the sweetness of cherry tomatoes and the creamy tang of goat cheese, all nestled on a flaky puff pastry crust. It's a perfect appetizer or light meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup arugula leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Put the puff pastry on a baking sheet and roll it out
Spread the arugula leaves out evenly on top of the puff pastry
Cover the arugula with the cherry tomatoes that have been cut in half
The goat cheese crumbles should be put on top of the tomatoes
Put olive oil on top of the tart and season it with salt and pepper
Put it in an oven that has already been heated up and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fillings are done
Cut it up and serve it hot
