Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt
Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients
Mix until well combined
Fold in chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans
